Terms of Use

1. Game License

Subject to these Terms, Chicken Road Game Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the Terms.

You may not:

• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the Game in any way
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Game
• Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, rent, or otherwise distribute the Game to third parties
• Make the Game available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time
• Use the Game in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Game and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Game or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. In-Game Purchases

The Game may include virtual items or currency that can be purchased with real money. These virtual items and currency:

• Hold no monetary value outside of the Game
• Cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the Game
• Are non-refundable and non-transferable
• May be altered, removed, or discontinued at our sole discretion with or without notice

All purchases are final. We have no obligation to reverse charges for in-app purchases. Parents or guardians are responsible for all purchases made by minors.

Chicken Road does not include any gambling elements or mechanics. All in-game purchases are for cosmetic items, character unlocks, or gameplay enhancements that do not involve chance-based outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

The Game and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chicken Road Game Studio and its licensors. The Game is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Chicken Road Game Studio.

User-generated content that you create while playing the Game (such as custom character designs, levels, or gameplay recordings) remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any media.

5. User Conduct

While using the Game, you agree not to:

• Use the Game in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• Exploit the Game or any of its systems or services in a manner not intended by Chicken Road Game Studio
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Game for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Game
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Game, the server on which the Game is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Game
• Attack the Game via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users

6. Privacy Policy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Game, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Game, or you may notify us that you wish to delete your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Chicken Road Game Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Game
• Any content obtained from the Game
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Game is at your sole risk. The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Game is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Chicken Road Game Studio does not warrant that a) the Game will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Game is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Game will meet your requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Game, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Game.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Game after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Game.
